They were extremely nice and prompt in taking care of our water damage.  They called before they came out to check to see if it was a convenient time for them to check the progress that was being made. UWRG provided immediate response and had sent an agent to assess the area within the hour. I was very pleased with how quickly the whole process took, considering this was during the holidays.&#010;&#010;Everyone was very courteous, unintrusive, &amp; highly professional. They even made sure to be mindful of the aquariums &amp; displays that were around the area. All were helpful when it came to any of my questions or concerns that needed clarification. Most notably, Larry Lynn, who was the agent that had initially made the assessment &amp; had assisted me throughout the entire process; checking in regularly &amp; available when it came to responding to my texts.&#010;&#010;The actual job only took a couple of days.
