United Water Restoration Group Inc., Ormond Beach, has set up a drop-off site for items to be donated to Puerto Rico, which was devastated by Hurricane Maria last week.

Here is information on how to help:


Haley Konfrst, who works in social media marketing for United Water and is helping organize the effort, says the company is looking for these donations:

  • Toiletries
  • Dog/Cat Food
  • Bottled Water
  • Rakes/Shovels
  • Gatorade
  • Baby Formula
  • Diapers (including adult diapers)
  • Trash Bags
  • Canned Goods (non-perishable)
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Ensure
  • Cleaning Supplies


1 Sunshine Blvd., Ormond Beach. This is at the intersection with Airport Road.


Items can be dropped off any day this week from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. through Friday. The company has arranged for the items to be shipped to Puerto Rico on Saturday.
