Water damage can often catch homeowners and businesses by surprise. Whether it's an overloaded washing machine, a fractured pipe, or a leaky roof, water damage adds up quickly and only becomes worse the longer it goes unaddressed. Many building materials are prone to absorbing water, as well as furniture, upholstery, and cabinetry. Wooden fixtures will warp and become misshapen, while plaster and drywall start to crumble and fabrics become host to mold and bacteria that can harmful to you and your family. Our removal process is simple and effective: stop the source of the water, remove the water, dry out the affected areas, treat the affected area with mold preventatives and restore any affected structure or damaged areas.
Fire damage can be difficult to deal with, so it's important you work with a company that has a solid plan to deal with the lingering damage caused by fire. Our restoration process includes eliminating the horrific smoke odors. To remove the source, we use a combination of cleaning products, hot thermal fog, unsmoke products, ozone, and odor counteractants. We provide fire restoration services for single family homes, multifamily properties, and business properties, including but not limited to structural damage assessment, emergency boardup and tarping, structural bracing and shoring, removal of soot deposits and smoke, cleaning of all surfaces, water and chemicals removal, demolition and rubble removal, and reconstruction.
One of the most common misconceptions regarding mold damage is that it may be removed by spraying the surfaces with supplies like disinfectants, biocides or cleaners. Unfortunately those products will not solve the problem. When mildew spores and other components of the mold enter the air, they still present a health risk to anyone exposed. Our mold remediation process encompasses distinguishing and addressing mold problems in a structure. Mold remediation and cleanup prevents the spread of mildew by isolating areas affected by the mold, removing the affected materials and eliminating condensation and moisture sources - the explanation for the reason behind the mold - so as to reestablish a healthy atmosphere. This is done through a process of Assessment, Containment, Filtration, Removal, Drying, Repair, and testing the affected areas.
Once your remediation is complete, it's time to restore everything back to normal. Sometimes this involves rebuilding or reconstruction parts of the home that were damaged during the remediation event. Luckily for our customers, we take the stress out of worrying if things can be repaired by a contractor they can trust. At United Water Restoration Group we work with a network of vetted general contractors who are licensed, bonded & insured to make sure your home or place of business is back to its original pre-damaged condition.

I can't say enough about this company. They were my hero's. Had my kitchen demo done for new cabinets to be installed and mold was found behind the cabinets. I didn't know what to do. Called United Water Restoration, came out promptly, was very impressed, especially with Stephen Husak. He was GREAT. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He is definitely an asset to your company. All I can say is, THANK YOU!!!!
We had your basic nightmare: a leak from the ice maker line that slowly flooded our formal living room that we don’t use. By the time we noticed, we had a small pond. I called United Water Restoration and Ken was here in literally minutes pulling up the carpeting, tearing out the soaking wet padding, sucking up the puddle and finally setting up blowers and dehumidifiers. Then he went to work checking all the baseboards and drywall: he even noticed a damp/wet spot in the back of a closet that I never would have found. Ken checked on us every day. Then Steven was dispatched to remove a large cabinet in the kitchen & cut away some drywall: I’ve never had a workman leave the work area cleaner than when he found it, but Steven did. Both men explained what & why they were doing what they did: it was comforting and informative. I’d recommend this outfit to anyone who finds themselves in this unfortunate situation.
Steve Husak and his crew were very punctual and professional and I am very happy with the job they did.
My elderly father lives in Daytona and he called me in Virginia saying he had flooding in his home from a busted water line. I contacted United Water Restoration and they were there within the half hour. I just want to say thank you and that I’m so grateful to Joe B for the quick response and his professionalism. My mind was put at ease by the kindness shown to my elderly father and to me while dealing with this long distance. I recommend them highly!
