Water damage can often catch homeowners and businesses by surprise. Whether it's an overloaded washing machine, a fractured pipe, or a leaky roof, water damage adds up quickly and only becomes worse the longer it goes unaddressed. Many building materials are prone to absorbing water, as well as furniture, upholstery, and cabinetry. Wooden fixtures will warp and become misshapen, while plaster and drywall start to crumble and fabrics become host to mold and bacteria that can harmful to you and your family. Our removal process is simple and effective: stop the source of the water, remove the water, dry out the affected areas, treat the affected area with mold preventatives and restore any affected structure or damaged areas.
Fire damage can be difficult to deal with, so it's important you work with a company that has a solid plan to deal with the lingering damage caused by fire. Our restoration process includes eliminating the horrific smoke odors. To remove the source, we use a combination of cleaning products, hot thermal fog, unsmoke products, ozone, and odor counteractants. We provide fire restoration services for single family homes, multifamily properties, and business properties, including but not limited to structural damage assessment, emergency boardup and tarping, structural bracing and shoring, removal of soot deposits and smoke, cleaning of all surfaces, water and chemicals removal, demolition and rubble removal, and reconstruction.
One of the most common misconceptions regarding mold damage is that it may be removed by spraying the surfaces with supplies like disinfectants, biocides or cleaners. Unfortunately those products will not solve the problem. When mildew spores and other components of the mold enter the air, they still present a health risk to anyone exposed. Our mold remediation process encompasses distinguishing and addressing mold problems in a structure. Mold remediation and cleanup prevents the spread of mildew by isolating areas affected by the mold, removing the affected materials and eliminating condensation and moisture sources - the explanation for the reason behind the mold - so as to reestablish a healthy atmosphere. This is done through a process of Assessment, Containment, Filtration, Removal, Drying, Repair, and testing the affected areas.
Once your remediation is complete, it's time to restore everything back to normal. Sometimes this involves rebuilding or reconstruction parts of the home that were damaged during the remediation event. Luckily for our customers, we take the stress out of worrying if things can be repaired by a contractor they can trust. At United Water Restoration Group we work with a network of vetted general contractors who are licensed, bonded & insured to make sure your home or place of business is back to its original pre-damaged condition.

This company took great care of our family after a refrigerator water line caused damage to our home. They arrived the same day, carefully cleaned up the damaged walls and quickly delivered all the equipment to salvage our walls and cabinets. Everyone we encountered was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We had constant contact and “check ins” with Christina who explained the entire process and made us feel at ease as we navigated this stressful situation. I would absolutely endorse them. Thank you United Water Restoration and Christina!
Luis Betancourt and his assistant, Adrianna were very professional in addressing a hot water leak that had caused mold issues for some time. The company was suggested to me by my plumber, and the insurance adjuster also praised their work. The first time they come to the home, they brought equipment to start drying and treating the mold. I'm very happy.
We had a leak in our ceiling from an air conditioner. Soon after , the ceiling fell. United Water Restoration sent Luis Betancourt to help us out. And did he help us!. He cleaned up the mess, vacuumed and set up a drying system. He explained everything, Answered our questions and concerns and made us feel better about the situation. Luis was outstanding and better than we had expected. We would definitely us them again!!
Mike Carroll and Luis Bentacourt came for a job. They were so knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They explained the entire process which was very stressful for a first time home owner. They immediately began work, responded to texts and calls over the next few days immediately, and completed the job in less time than projected. Plus, they were kind to as house full of kids which is always appreciated. Would definitely use them again if necessary, although we hope it never is!
We experienced water coming up from our floor boards in a bedroom. We were able to get a plumber out to stop the leak. We called United Water Restoration the same day and they came out to assess the damage. My wife and I were out of town for the weekend and our mothers were relaying us the information of the damage and the steps moving forward. From the beginning, we had no unknown expectations. Luis and his team were prompt, informative, and made the horrible situation less horrifying than expected. The demo team came after and opened up the area to see how bad the additional damage was, they were efficient, cleaned up after, and allowed me to ask them questions about what next steps in the process would be. The entire team was professional, courteous, and responded to my communication needs very quickly. Highly recommended!!
