Our business basement flooded on a weekend overnight. It was Sunday morning when I made the call and Jon was on site in 30 minutes. He had his machines in place for fast removal of all of the water. Once the water was removed he quickly went into the drying phase which saved the building from more damage and mold setting in. I am impressed by how he and his crew (Michelle, Chris, Jordan, Mike, & Richard!!!) took on this project and saw it all the way through step by step to the very end. Not only did Jon walk me through the process of restoring our building but he also handled all of the insurance parts. He was on site for the adjuster evaluation and dealt with ALL of the insurance company issues. Every email, text, call was answered or returned quickly. Michelle was key in dealing with the insurance company and getting materials. She made sure I had exactly what I wanted for this project. If I was not satisfied with how something went she made sure it was addressed and rectified quickly. I was asked for approvals on items to make sure it was how I wanted something done and was allowed to be involved in this project which was very valuable to me. They were all on time, professional, and respectful of me and the building. In short THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO!! And they did it well in an appropriate amount of time.
