Water damage can often catch homeowners and businesses by surprise. Whether it's an overloaded washing machine, a fractured pipe, or a leaky roof, water damage adds up quickly and only becomes worse the longer it goes unaddressed. Many building materials are prone to absorbing water, as well as furniture, upholstery, and cabinetry. Wooden fixtures will warp and become misshapen, while plaster and drywall start to crumble and fabrics become host to mold and bacteria that can harmful to you and your family. Our removal process is simple and effective: stop the source of the water, remove the water, dry out the affected areas, treat the affected area with mold preventatives and restore any affected structure or damaged areas.
Fire damage can be difficult to deal with, so it's important you work with a company that has a solid plan to deal with the lingering damage caused by fire. Our restoration process includes eliminating the horrific smoke odors. To remove the source, we use a combination of cleaning products, hot thermal fog, unsmoke products, ozone, and odor counteractants. We provide fire restoration services for single family homes, multifamily properties, and business properties, including but not limited to structural damage assessment, emergency boardup and tarping, structural bracing and shoring, removal of soot deposits and smoke, cleaning of all surfaces, water and chemicals removal, demolition and rubble removal, and reconstruction.
One of the most common misconceptions regarding mold damage is that it may be removed by spraying the surfaces with supplies like disinfectants, biocides or cleaners. Unfortunately those products will not solve the problem. When mildew spores and other components of the mold enter the air, they still present a health risk to anyone exposed. Our mold remediation process encompasses distinguishing and addressing mold problems in a structure. Mold remediation and cleanup prevents the spread of mildew by isolating areas affected by the mold, removing the affected materials and eliminating condensation and moisture sources - the explanation for the reason behind the mold - so as to reestablish a healthy atmosphere. This is done through a process of Assessment, Containment, Filtration, Removal, Drying, Repair, and testing the affected areas.
Once your remediation is complete, it's time to restore everything back to normal. Sometimes this involves rebuilding or reconstruction parts of the home that were damaged during the remediation event. Luckily for our customers, we take the stress out of worrying if things can be repaired by a contractor they can trust. At United Water Restoration Group we work with a network of vetted general contractors who are licensed, bonded & insured to make sure your home or place of business is back to its original pre-damaged condition.

Chad was extremely professional and helpful to us on Sunday when our roof leaked into the walls on both sides of our house. He came out twice to set up equipment to dry out the walls, called every day, and explained the process to us carefully and thoroughly. His reassurance was comforting. He also took extra care to make sure other areas of our house were protected as well as bringing some boxes to help pack up our books. We feel that Chad has our backs on this one and are very impressed with him and with United Water Restoration. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.
Duane initially came to our water-damaged condo. We spotted a water leak from our upstairs neighbor’s unit late Wednesday night and called United Water Thursday morning. Within two hours Duane was there, assessed the problem, and one of his men (Sean)was there in two hours. Remarkable response time! Sean began taking base boards off preparing for fans to begin the drying process, which happened almost immediately. We are very pleased with United Water and their response and the kindness of their people. I would recommend to anyone who would ask. Philip Mercer, Sanibel, Florida.
The crew from Water Restoration was both professional and personable, courteous and competent. Luke was especially helpful in making himself available to answer all of our questions and allay our fears. Sean and Jeremy were also of great assistance as we coped with water damage to both our guest and master bathrooms. When your "flooded" with problems like these, don't hesitate to call Water Restoration Group.
Thanks so much, Jeremy, for all your help. Super service (even when we disrupted your Sunday afternoon) - nothing was too much trouble. I’m delighted that you were recommended to us as ‘the best’. You certainly are. Thanks again.
UWR has been WONDERFUL! Jeremy was on time, polite, and patient as he explained the process of things. He was always prompt in responding to phone calls or texts. I would absolutely recommend this company and Jeremy.
