We had a great experience with United Water Restoration Group of Charlotte during one of the worst experiences of our lives. Rob Fischmann, COO, personally answered our call on a Saturday evening and came to our home on a Sunday morning to set-up and get us safe from a raw sewerage spill inside the home! We had a small kitchen fire. These guys were right on it to help with the smoke damage and getting in contact with a contractor to get cabinets replaced, cleaning the smoke off the walls and handling everything to put our house back together HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a great experience with Scott. He came out to see if I had any water damage that was coming from our tile flooring in our master bath. But it turns out it was just cosmetic and no water damage. He never tried to up sell me on anything.
